On October 22-23, the full EnerTEF consortium, coordinated by DSS Lab, EPU-NTUA, gathered in Porto to mark the project’s first anniversary, review progress, and plan the next phase of development.
During the meeting, partners visited INESC TEC’s laboratories, including advanced hardware-in-the-loop setups, as well as key demonstration sites such as the Wave Power Station operated by Companhia de Energia Oceânica and CorPower Ocean’s buoy construction facility.
Key achievements from the first year include:
- Development of a Data Space–compliant mechanism enabling sovereign and trustworthy data and asset exchange.
- The first release of the EnerTEF Portal, a marketplace providing AI Testing and Experimentation access for startups and SMEs.
- Establishment of a growing catalogue of physical and digital assets, including HPC components, Digital Twins, and regulatory sandboxes, available to partners across Europe.
